What is Lince and how does it work?
Lince is the Solana Yield Layer.
It lets you track every yield opportunity across DeFi, invest through automated strategies tailored to your risk profile, structure your risk exactly how you want it, and spend your yields in the real world.
Products and Operations
What happens with Airdrops from Protocols?
As our secure Smart Contracts manage funds, we will be getting airdrops from protocols where funds have been deposited.
Once we receive an airdrop, our smart contract will swap the rewards to USDC and deposit them into the strategy pool of funds. This means an extra return for you and all depositors.
Which APY can I expect?
Lince yield is not fixed. It depends on your risk profile, market, and strategy selected. The average APY ranges between 7% and 40%.
Where can I track my investment?
Once you deposit, you have a dashboard where you will be able to see your Balance, ROI and APY.
How long do Deposits/Withdrawals take?

Security and Risks
Does Lince have access to my funds?
No, your funds are only accessible to you and the Smart Contract that distributes them within the different protocols to generate yields.
Can I get access to my funds without Lince app?
Yes, even if Lince App is not available, everything runs on-chain, so you can interact with our Smart Contract to access them.
This means your funds will remain safe even if Lince disappears as a business.
Can I lose my money?
Theoretically, yes, you can lose all your money by investing in Lince, as in any other investment, if there is an extreme collapse.
Lince monitors risks and takes action to minimize them; however, we cannot guarantee they will be entirely eliminated. You can learn more about the security of your funds in Lince and the associated risks here.
Regulation and Taxation
Has Lince been Regulated?
Lince operates within the DeFi ecosystem, which is not regulated in most jurisdictions. However, it is a registered company based in the United Arab Emirates. We also comply with applicable anti-fraud and anti-money laundering (AML/KYC) regulations when required.
That said, we are not a regulated investment fund, and the funds deposited through our platform have no guarantee or insurance. Lince acts solely as an intermediary to diversify your investment across DeFi protocols and generate returns based on your selected strategy.
How are my Lince Investments taxed?
The gains or losses from your investment in Lince are considered capital gains and may be subject to taxation in your jurisdiction. At the end of the year, Lince will provide you with a report of your results so you can file them accordingly. Lince does not apply automatic tax withholdings — it is the user's responsibility to declare any generated gains. Converting your funds to fiat may trigger taxable events.
