What is Lince and how it works?

Lince is a crypto investment platform that automatically manages your funds using secure and profitable DeFi strategies, tailored to your risk profile.

For example, a conservative user might be allocated to stablecoin-based yield strategies like lending.

Investment and Strategies

Which investment strategies does Lince use?

Your investment strategy will be defined by risk exposure (low, mid, high) and market volatility exposure (no, mixed, yes) desired.

We use different investment methods on each strategy to help you earn as much as possible while securing your funds: Lending, Liquidity, Staking, Arbitrage, Loops, and Hedges. For example, for a low-risk, no-exposure strategy, your funds might be allocated to stablecoin-based yield with 70% on lending and 30% on liquidity.

Which APY can I expect?

Lince yield is not fixed. It depends on your risk profile, market, and strategy selected. The average APY ranges between 5% and 20%.

Is there a minimum amount to invest?

You can invest in Lince for as little as USD 10.

This is part of DeFi's magic; you can earn high yields without needing millions in the bank.

Can I customize my investment strategy on Lince?

When you enter Lince, we will help you find the best strategy for your risk profile. You can select another strategy or even invest in more than one strategy at a time.

However, you can't customize the strategy itself.

What happens with Airdrops from Protocols?

As our secured Smart Contracts manage funds, we will be getting airdrops from protocols where funds have been deposited.

Once we get an airdrop, our smart contract will swap those rewards to USDC and deposit them in the strategy pool of funds. This means an extra return for you and all depositors.

What makes Lince different from other Investment Methods.

Lince operates 100% on the blockchain — fully transparent and without intermediaries. We specialize in DeFi and automate complex tasks such as real-time APY tracking, portfolio rebalancing, and protocol analysis to maximize your returns completely passively.

Lince is the only investment platform with this approach, giving you access to DeFi ecosystem yields without complexity and with a strategy tailored to you.

Where can I track my investment?

Once you deposit, you will have a dashboard where you will be able to see your amount of funds, the ROI and the APY.

You can also navigate to the "insights" section, where you can track all the details of your funds and how they are being invested.

What currencies and payment methods are supported?

We support over 130 currencies (Fiat and Crypto) through over 25 payment methods (Credit Card, Apple Pay, Crypto wallet, etc.)

These methods apply to deposits and withdrawals.

Can I withdraw anytime?

Yes, you can withdraw your funds anytime by using your preferred withdrawal method.

How long do Deposits/Withdrawals take?

Your deposit/withdrawal will be completed within minutes, depending on your selected strategy, currency, and payment method.

What are Lince Fees?

Lince has a management fee of 1% and a success fee of 10%.

Example: If you invest $1000 annually and generate 20% APY.

Lince would take a management fee of $10 and a success fee of $20.

Your net result would be $1170 by the end of the year.

Security and Risks

Does Lince have access to my funds?

No, your funds are only accessible to you and the Smart Contract that distributes them within the different protocols to generate yields.

Can I get access to my funds without Lince app?

Yes, if you want direct access to your funds without using the Lince app, you just need to claim your account private key (it's like the password for your funds account) in your profile settings.

This means that your funds will still be safe even if Lince disappears as a business.

Please note that once you claim your private key, you are responsible for the safety of your account access.

Can I lose my money?

Theoretically, yes, you can lose all your money by investing in Lince, as in any other investment, if there is an extreme collapse.

Lince monitors risks and takes action to minimize them; however, we cannot guarantee they will be entirely eliminated. You can learn more about the security of your funds in Lince and the associated risks here.

Regulation and Taxation

Has Lince been Regulated?

Lince operates within the DeFi ecosystem, which is not regulated in most jurisdictions. However, it is a registered company based in the United Arab Emirates. We also comply with applicable anti-fraud and anti-money laundering (AML/KYC) regulations when required.

That said, we are not a regulated investment fund, and the funds deposited through our platform have no guarantee or insurance. Lince acts solely as an intermediary to diversify your investment across DeFi protocols and generate returns based on your selected strategy.

How are my Lince Investments taxed?

The gains or losses from your investment in Lince are considered capital gains and may be subject to taxation in your jurisdiction. At the end of the year, Lince will provide you with a report of your results so you can file them accordingly. Lince does not apply automatic tax withholdings — it is the user's responsibility to declare any generated gains. Converting your funds to fiat may trigger taxable events.
